Comfortable, loose fitting clothing made of cotton or a breathable fabric is recommended.
Most
of our students wear t-shirts and, depending on the weather, loose shorts, sweats or yoga pants. In addition, a sweater or
sweatshirt that can be removed is also recommended.
We are bare foot during the exercise portion
of the class, but socks may be worn during the final relaxation segment. Socks can allow one to slide too fast or too far
during positions that require firm footing.
Shoes are parked at the door to the inner classroom
along with coats and purses.
